We are working with an education provider who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Assessor to join their engineering training team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This Assessor role is home-based, and would involve you travelling to engineering workplaces in the Midlands area in order to vocationally assess Engineering apprentices on their Mechanical Engineering and Product Design skills.

The starting salary for this position is between 36,000 and 40,000 per annum, which would also include a 45p per mile mileage allowance (paid from home), overnight accomodation (if necessary), a contributory pension (you would pay in 4%, and the company would pay in 8%) and 25 days holiday allowance (plus Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification (or higher)
-5 years minimum of post-education industry experience
