Office-based, with free on-site parking
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, M-F
Salary: 24,000

Your day to day:

  • First point of contact for visitors and customers
  • Hnadle general enquiries from customers, escalting where required
  • Assist with online orders, including cancellations, shipping inquiries, and product details
  • After sales administration and support including return and managment of fault reports
  • Log and manage customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and follow-up
  • Escalte quality issues to the relevant teams
  • Coordinate travel bookings: including flights, accommodation, and transport
  • Diary management, coordinating meetings and managing Directors schedule
  • Gate keeper duties
  • Problem solving on behalf of the senior management team
  • Support fundraising events and activities
  • Charity liaison
  • Organise team building activities
  • Update newsletters and posts company wide

The ideal candidate will come with:

  • Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to deal with customers face to face, over the phone and email
  • Ability to drive preferred
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • Time management skills
