Excellent opportunity to join a fast growing, market leader in Arbroath as Customer Service Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.
Office-based, with free on-site parking
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, M-F
Salary: 24,000
Your day to day:
- First point of contact for visitors and customers
- Hnadle general enquiries from customers, escalting where required
- Assist with online orders, including cancellations, shipping inquiries, and product details
- After sales administration and support including return and managment of fault reports
- Log and manage customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and follow-up
- Escalte quality issues to the relevant teams
- Coordinate travel bookings: including flights, accommodation, and transport
- Diary management, coordinating meetings and managing Directors schedule
- Gate keeper duties
- Problem solving on behalf of the senior management team
- Support fundraising events and activities
- Charity liaison
- Organise team building activities
- Update newsletters and posts company wide
The ideal candidate will come with:
- Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to deal with customers face to face, over the phone and email
- Ability to drive preferred
- Excellent IT skills
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Time management skills
