Legal Executive Assistant

  • Location: Arundel, West Sussex
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary (DOE): £28,000-£33,000

Join our well-established law firm in Arundel, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Legal PA to provide high-level support to our legal team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior lawyer.
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise meetings.
  • Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation.
  • Maintain and organise client files and records.
  • Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and managing emails.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary preferred with experience within Family or Criminal (Private Work)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
