Vacancy: ACCOUNT MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency & Legal Services
Location: Ascot, SL5
Salary: OTE £40k +
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Account Manager to join a highly successful national legal conveyancing services company based in Ascot.
The perfect candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management and in order to fully understand the benefits of our client’s services, a background in Estate Agency or Conveyancing is essential.
You will have a strong desire to build a career and to excel in your role and will have a proven track record of exceeding targets, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will be someone who is an excellent communicator with strong verbal and numerical skills, an ability to adapt your skills dependant on the situation, and being commercially aware with a competitive nature.
You will also need to demonstrate that you are highly motivated, articulate, engaging, charismatic, energetic and that you have exceptional customer service skills.

Skills required for this Account Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in a customer facing Account Management
- Proven sales record and target driven
- Conveyancing experience
- Estate agency experience
- Competitive and commercially aware
- High level of customer service
- Superb telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
