We are looking for an exceptional Office & Marketing Manager who can effortlessly combine executive support, office operations, and brand marketing and social media into one unified role.

Salary: £30k Basic + Commission (OTE £35k+ Uncapped)

Ascot, Berkshire - Office based (free-parking) - driving licence essential

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management for CEO, arranging meetings
  • Organising events
  • Managing and developing company presence over social media
  • Overseeing all marketing activities
  • Assist the sales team with administration and sales coordination

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or EA roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), CRM systems, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), strong telephone etiquette, and professional presentation
