  • Has previous Estate Agency experience in a similar role with demonstrable success.
  • Is target-driven and tenacious.
  • Acts as a role model by continuously exceeding targets and standards.
  • Displays high standards of service, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Is a car owner with a full driving license and insured for business use.
