Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the credit control function, ensuring payments are collected promptly.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Managing overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans.
- Producing accurate reports on outstanding balances.
- Resolving any queries related to accounts and payments.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Excel and relevant accounting software.
