We are looking for a professional individual with excellent communication skills to join our client's Customer Service Team.

You will play a key role offering high end customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolving any customer queries promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous communication
  • Handle customer returns efficiently, providing seamless service from initiation to resolution
  • Accurately process orders across multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms
  • Assist with financial applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and policies

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Admin role
  • Outstanding communication skills written and orally
  • IT Savvy, able to quickly learn new systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: up to £26,500

Location: Ascot

Contract & Hours: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (fully office-based)
