Role Overview

An enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Manager is sought to lead their retail operations. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment. As a Retail Manager, the individual will oversee retail staff, manage stock, and maintain high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Develop and implement retail strategies, including product selection, visual merchandising, and sales forecasts prior to event launch.
  • Event Operations: Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring all departments are set up and closed efficiently. Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding guest expectations and adhering to company operating procedures.
  • HR Management: Train and motivate retail staff to meet service and quality standards, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor stock movements, minimize wastage, and ensure accurate recording of inventory.

  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
