What's involved?
As the Senior Sous Chef, you will work as part of a large culinary team. You will deliver exceptional service to the Members and Guests. Provide culinary excellence, ensuring that they are meeting expectations and consistently WOWING Members. Provide pro-active business-driven leadership to the Kitchen team alongside the Head Chef, whilst assuming responsibility for their daily operational effectiveness. Drive a commitment to excellence in the service provided whilst achieving optimum profitability.
Please note that we are only accepting applications with proven Sous Chef experience within a similar operation or large 5 star hotels with 2 AA or 3 AA Rosette experience.Experience with volume is also required.
