Our client, a cutting-edge organisation in the property industry is currently in a period of rapid growth and is looking for a bright, ambitious individual to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the CEO and Operations Director, you will provide administrative support to all departments within the business.
The role is based in modern offices in central Ascot, with parking onsite. Salary is £30,000 plus bonus, OTE of £35,000 uncapped. There is great potential to develop your career within a thriving organisation.
Twofold Role:
1. To provide administrative support to all departments within the business.
(Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Accounts);
2. To assist with the sales progression process from reservation through to exchange and completion of contracts.
Key responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining the data held on the CRM / associated databases.
- Scheduling all internal and external meetings via a range of methods (incl. Zoom, Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams)
- Maintaining the office appearance, post, filing systems and the ordering of stationery supplies
- Preparing and issuing sales documentation including Memoranda of Sale and Notices of Exchange & Completion.
- Accurately recording transaction updates and sharing them with all relevant salespeople, agents and solicitors in a timely manner.
- Booking mortgage valuations and key handovers at completion.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of providing administrative support to a sales team.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and by email.
- Great presentation and attention to detail.
- Confident IT user.
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience (ideally with some familiarity with Adobe PDF and Dropbox).
