Huntress are working with a local school to hire a temporary HR Administrator for a period of 4 weeks.

This is an office based role in Ascot, working 35 hours 9:00 - 5:00

Supporting a friendly HR Team you will be responsible for a variety of HR Tasks including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining employee records (electronic and physical).
  • Administer HR-related documentation, including contracts and onboarding materials.
  • Support recruitment processes, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and enrollment.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

There is free parking on site with this opportunity and you will need to provide 2x professional references to cover a period of 3 years. An active DBS is also advantageous as well as CIPD Level 3 and above.
