Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Ascot.

Role: Accounts Administrator - Hybrid on completion of probation

Location: Ascot

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process internal financing contracts
  • Communicate with customers and advisors regarding contract status
  • Raise credit notes and manage customer payment information
  • Assist with general administration tasks, including franking letters and filing
  • Download and review customer contracts and documentation
  • Prepare reports using Excel
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in SAP or equivalent software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
