Office Assistant

Permanent - £24,000 - Monday to Thursday office based and Friday work from home

We are representing a bespoke specialist in their field, who are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join their fun, ambitious team based in Bracknell.

Working with the Founder and senior team you will provide a pro-active and professional support for the office functions and delivery of projects.

Key duties include, but are not limited to;

  • Managing company correspondence, calls, emails, letters
  • Organising meetings and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing meeting spaces and overseeing the ordering and management of catering at company events
  • Inputting data onto the CRM, ensuring client records and company database is up to date
  • Managing the inventory of office supplies
  • Creating travel itineraries ahead of business trips

Essential skills:

  • IT skills, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, flexible
  • Polite, friendly and outgoing personality
  • Attention to detail
  • The willingness to travel with work on occasion

It would be highly advantageous if you spoke any of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian.
