What's involved in this F&B Operations Manager role?

  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and delivering the company standard
  • Delivery of Food & Beverage quality standards KPI's, ensuring the team consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist in the recruitment, induction, retention and development of the team in conjunction with HR policies.
  • Guarantee that the highest standard of service and product is delivered to our guests at all times and review regularly

What's required?

  • Previous similar experience in a 5* Hotel as F&B Manager
  • Food & Wine knowledge
  • Commercial and Business awareness
