The role

Due to agency growth and projects coming in we are now looking for a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to join the team.

  • Senior Account Executive/Account Manager will support dynamic retail projects—from experiential launches to new store openings and pop-up events.
  • You will have regular contact with clients, taking briefs and understanding their plans.. Once briefed, you'll communicate the work to the creative teams, ensuring they deliver the work on time, on brief and on budget.
  • We need Senior Account Executive or Account Manager confident to take charge and to ensure seamless execution.
  • You will be coming ideally with retail and experiential experience, experience in permanent store launches and pop-up events.

The role is hybrid and requires two day a week working from office, Tuesday and Thursdays, based in Ascot.

Responsibilities and skill

  • Previous agency experience ideally within B2C, retail, experiential
  • Experiential and retail experience would be preferable
  • Passionate about customer engagement and what drives them in-store
  • Excited by innovation & tech solutions that captivate audiences
  • Detail orientated and calm under pressure
  • Great communication skills
  • Work well with team and also work independently
  • Doing initial project research
  • Booking for filming and shoots
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
