Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping children overcome behavioural and emotional challenges, supporting them on their journey to success. Working closely with trained therapists, teachers, and support staff, you will assist in delivering tailored therapeutic interventions to children with complex needs. Key Responsibilities:

Assist trained therapists in delivering strategies and interventions to support students with SEMH challenges.
Provide one-to-one and group support, helping students develop emotional regulation and social interaction skills.

Support students in managing their behaviour and overcoming barriers to education.
Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.

No prior experience is required for this Therapy Assistant position, as full training will be provided. A proactive attitude, adaptability, and genuine enthusiasm for helping young people are key qualities for success in this role.
