This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in estate agency or new homes sales, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within the New Homes Site Sales office, managing client relationships and building rapport
  • Register client details and arrange property viewings
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase new homes to potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers between developers and buyers, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
  • Canvass and generate new business opportunities, actively engaging with local homeowners and potential buyers
  • Make calls to our client database and engage with homeowners to promote our services
  • Build a strong reputation in the local community by being actively involved and present
  • Prepare contracts and terms to secure sales with transparency and professionalism
  • Advertise properties through various channels, including social media posts, leaflets, sneak-peek videos, and professional photography
  • Refer clients to in-house resources for related services, including legal, mortgage, and protection advice
