- Work within the New Homes Site Sales office, managing client relationships and building rapport
- Register client details and arrange property viewings
- Conduct property viewings and showcase new homes to potential buyers
- Negotiate offers between developers and buyers, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties
- Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
- Canvass and generate new business opportunities, actively engaging with local homeowners and potential buyers
- Make calls to our client database and engage with homeowners to promote our services
- Build a strong reputation in the local community by being actively involved and present
- Prepare contracts and terms to secure sales with transparency and professionalism
- Advertise properties through various channels, including social media posts, leaflets, sneak-peek videos, and professional photography
- Refer clients to in-house resources for related services, including legal, mortgage, and protection advice
- A solid track record in a target-driven estate agency role, ideally with experience in new homes sales
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and building trust with clients
- A proactive attitude towards learning and developing skills in the property industry
- A strong work ethic and a desire to earn, coupled with the drive to succeed and reap the rewards of your hard work
- A basic salary of £30,000, depending on experience, with an uncapped commission structure
- Commission earned on first appointments set for Mortgage and Protection Advisers
- Legal service referrals and sales completions on every plot sold
