About them:
Our friendly, professional client is currently looking to recruit an Administrator to provide comprehensive administration duties to support the delivery of an excellent service to clients of the firm.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be provided the opportunity to integrate themselves with the company’s existing clients and to develop an understanding of the company’s working practices. You will provide fullsupport to the wider team, whilst working closely with the company’s existing administrative function. Key Duties:
- To provide an efficient, friendly and professional point of contact for clients by telephone, email and in person
- To assist with word processing and the typing of letters, recommendation reports, etc
- To complete all filing, the scanning of documents and correspondence
- Inputting and maintaining up to date accurate client records
- Ordering and maintaining levels of stationary
- Ensuring all correspondence / documentation is accurate before issuing to clients.
- Preparing documentation for client reviews and new client meetings.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members
- Obtaining information and valuations from product providers as required
- Maintaining a diary reminder system
- Maintaining the professionalism of the firm at all times
- To assist with outgoing / incoming post.
- Provide an efficient, friendly reception service to all visitors
- Making tea/coffee for visitors as required.
The Person:
Happy to consider candidates with a solid administration background, or equally a Graduate with some office based experience who is eager to learn and seeking to work in a professional environment.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)

Other Information:
- The core hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
