Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional training and coaching to learners in the hospitality sector

  • Providing ongoing support and motivation to help learners succeed

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in training or coaching, ideally within the hospitality sector

  • Understanding of BOH and FOH operations in the hospitality industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in training or hospitality are a plus
