Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional training and coaching to learners in the hospitality sector
- Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and develop their skills
- Planning and delivering engaging training sessions tailored to individual learner needs
- Providing ongoing support and motivation to help learners succeed
- Tracking learner progress and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation

Job Requirements:
- Experience in training or coaching, ideally within the hospitality sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of BOH and FOH operations in the hospitality industry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in training or hospitality are a plus
