A Glimpse into the Role
For over 30 years, RightTrack Learning has been a small but mighty learning and development company, driven by a ‘We Believe in Brave’ ethos, and partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands. They are known for their impressive client-list and extremely high standards but are by no means a ‘corporate’ company. The team opt instead for a flexible, forward-thinking approach to work.
This role requires someone tech-confident with high attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience of working at a fast pace in a small team and the confidence to manage admin requests coming from different people. The role is extremely varied, and no one day will be the same. Duties include:
- Answering the phone and managing the ‘enquiries inbox’ (via Microsoft Teams), fielding requests from suppliers, colleagues and customers.
- Using the CRM (Hubspot) to support on Sales admin, completing tasks such as phoning customers to check they have received proposals or booking follow-up meetings for colleagues.
- Liaising with colleagues and customers to find availability, book dates and manage the central calendar to ensure no errors or overlaps and seamless communication.
- Supporting with the arrangement of monthly team meetings, including venue and lunch.
- Formatting and proofreading Word and PowerPoint documents to make sure they are perfect in every way.
- Searching government tender databases each week to identify new opportunities for the Sales team, completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and other tender admin.Â
- Arranging annual renewals such as business insurance, staff work-from-home health and safety forms, handbook updates, and that GDPR training is completed and logged. Â
- Chasing late client invoices.
- Researching a range of different needs and ideas to support business efficiencies and growth - for example, new suppliers, grant funding opportunities, and finding economical solutions to sometimes complex problems.

- £23k - £26k starting salary for full time (40 hours) or a reduced 35-hour week with an opportunity to fix your own working schedule around core hours.
- 90% work from home role, working from the ‘office’ once or twice per month (postcode, B90 4PD).
