Thorn Baker FM have an exciting opportunity, we are looking for a Cleaner Supervisor based in Ashbourne, working for our Client located at a national well known retail company.
You will be based on the client's site and will report into the Manager, the site is in a retail enviornemnt and have a team of Cleaning operatives on site. A highly respected cleaning contractor that provides contract cleaning services for a wide range of clients across the UK.

- Monday to Friday & Sunday 6am till 9am. 18 hours a week in total

Your Role
- Supporting the Manager with Client based requirements, needs and wants.
- Implementation of all company policies and procedures
- Maintaining, supporting and adhering to cleaning standards
- Provide training, support and interventions within the cleaning team
- Required to make decisions, sole and with management. Delegating tasks within the team and complete Audits
- Cover Rota
- Required to use the cleaning floor machines and all other cleaning equipment
About you
- Experience as a cleaner supervisor
- Experience within the soft services / as a cleaner
- Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff
- Live locally within the Ashbourne area so transport won't be an issue
- Team player, reliable and great communication skills
