T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for an Office Administrator to join their expanding team on aPermanent basis.

You will play a key role in supporting the Company with administrative tasks and providing an important link between their networks.  You will be working in a challenging and competitive environment providing general support to the Operations and Sales Team, however you will be rewarded by being part of a very friendly team within a fantastic organisation.

Office Administrator Job Details & Benefits;

  • £24k per annum to start with an additional bonus scheme after completion of a successful probationary period
  • Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30 with 1 hour lunch

Office Administrator Job Details;

  • Place orders with supplying dealers & input information onto the Company database
  • Confirming orders back to relevant partners and obtaining lead time information
  • Communicate effectively with dealers to obtain regular updates and relay the information to partners
  • Ensure the order information is updated with the lead time information
  • Completing spreadsheets and updating databases
  • Achieve delivery targets set by the business
  • Logging and resolving complaints or escalating to Line Manager
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to deliver a seamless service to partners
  • Work with other members of the team to resolve any admin issues
  • Assist with all admin requirements as seen fit by the line manager

Office Administrator Person Specification;

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent Customer Service & Communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Strong IT skills particularly in Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Can work individually or as part of a small team
  • Punctual with excellent time keeping
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
