Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our client's automotive organisation. With your excellent administration skills and computer literacy, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end work order management. This includes coordinating planned and reactive services with our engineering team and supply chain. Your attention to detail will be essential as you accurately record information to resolve service requests, incidents, and complaints. You will also monitor, action, and escalate work orders and incidents, keeping customers informed of progress. As part of your role, you will procure services, create purchase orders, and manage service delivery with external partners. Your commitment to personal development will be vital as you acquire new skills and maintain records of your own development. Additionally, you will handle customer issues following our customer complaint process, ensuring their satisfaction. Adaptability is key, as you may be called upon to work on various contracts and initiatives with short notice.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in an administration/work order/scheduling/mobile resource planning environment, preferably in facilities management.Experience coordinating service delivery in a mobile field force environment, including parts management and subcontract service delivery.Strong customer service mindset, accustomed to working with customer SLAs and performance targets.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
