With offices in Leicester, they offer a hybrid model (2 days from home, 3 days from their offices).

As the interim finance manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the company’s financial operations and supporting key initiatives. This opportunity combines business-as-usual responsibilities with project-based work, providing a unique opportunity to oversee day-to-day financial management and contribute to strategic projects. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and insightful analysis that supports business decisions.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable finance professional, able to quickly integrate into a new environment and add value from day one. You bring strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Proven experience in a finance manager or senior finance role, ideally within an SME
Excellent Excel and experience with ERP systems is an advantage
