FP&A Manager
RP Recruitment is excited to partner with an established SME business in North Leicestershire to find a talented FP&A Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to step into a high-impact role, driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for a growing organisation.
Location: Hybrid working - office based in Ashby-De-La-ZouchSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus + company car allowance

Responsibilities:
- Management and development of 3 direct reports, with potential for further growth
- Oversee production of the month and year-end management accounts.
- Oversee annual budget.
- Monthly forecasting process and 5-year business planning.
- Oversee implementation of finance dashboards in PowerBI.
- Ownership of financial reporting and FP&A processes in the ERP system.
- Involvement in implementation and development of the financial planning software Vena.
- Review and improve the FP&A processes - month-end, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis.
- Involvement in various projects - mergers and acquisitions.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant: CIMA/ACCA qualification essential
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and developing a team
- Technical Expertise: Strong data manipulation and advanced Excel skills
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to provide insights that support key business decisions
