Location: Leicestershire Salary: £49,937Hours: 24/7 Panama Shift Pattern (12-hour day & night shifts)

A well-established FMCG company is expanding its Engineering team and is on the lookout for skilled Multi-Skilled Engineers (Electrical Bias) to support their continued success. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair production equipment, minimizing downtime.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and keep accurate records.
- Support contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Assist production teams with equipment troubleshooting and training.
- Identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and health & safety standards.
About You:
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment. (desirable)
- Apprentice trained Level 3 or higher in electrical engineering (ideally multi-skilled).
- Strong communication and logical problem-solving skills.
- Great attitude.
