Are you a Junior/Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer or similar with experience using SolidWorks looking to train and progress on the systems and processes of a company that design, construct and install equipment for the construction & recycling industries?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well established company that has a reputation for reliable and well designed equipment that continue to outperform their competitors throughout the UK. Their designs created on SolidWorks with extensive training and progression available as they look to develop the next generation of their equipment.

In the role you will be using your knowledge and technical skills of SolidWorks in a team of designers involved in the conception, development, creation and installation of their mechanical designs. This role requires client site attendance to understand their design specifications.

The ideal CAD Technician will have a Mechanical Engineering Degree or similar with experience using SolidWorks looking to train and progress through this well established industry leading company to design and create their products.

The Role:

  • Develop and Create highly specific CAD drawings to specifications.
  • Travel to client sites to understand their specifications.
  • Work individually and in teams to design their products.

The Person:

  • Experienced with SolidWorks.
  • Mechanical Engineer Degree or similar.
  • Based in or commutable to Ashby-De-La-Zouch
