We are looking for aRestaurant Managerto join our team at our newThe Korean Cowgirl, Ashford.
Following in the path of successful restaurants at Riverside, Canterbury and The Cave Hotel & Golf Resort, we are excited to open a brand new restaurant at Eureka Park in Ashford.
As Restaurant Manager you will be confident to lead from the front with the below as a snapshot of your role;
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and food quality at all times.
- Manage and develop a high performing team, always fostering a positive team environment with strong leadership.
- Oversee food safety practices and maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
