  • Prepare, review, and evaluate contract proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle from negotiation through completion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate contract terms and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and organised contract records and databases for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of contractual terms and conditions to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Skills required:

  • Experience working with contracts (admin) would be preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to undertake complex training
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
