Reed Business Support is recruiting on behalf of our client, a successful and fast-paced business based in Ashford, for a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Handling confidential correspondence and preparing reports.
• Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Organising and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
• Assisting with project management and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Carrying out general administrative tasks to support senior leadership.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
