Our client is a leading FM hard service provider with the public health and Commercial office space market they are looking for an experience BDM to sell hard service maintenance contracts into the health sector through local authorities & government health departments and the private commercial office land lord agents.

As the successful Business Development Manager, you will be;

  • Hard FM, Business Development Manager will be responsible for the growth of sales and winning new business with blue chip commercial clients, Hospitals, universities and offices.
  • The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for client engagement and retention, ensuring blue chip commercial clients have strong relationships with you so that needs are met.
  • Business Development Manager FM Hard Services will be implementing strategic development for continued growth, and to hit targets set.
  • Business Development Manager FM Hard Services will lease and assist the Tender & Bid Team in preparing successful submissions to blue chip commercial clients in need of hard facilities management services.
  • The successful Business Development Manager FM Hard Services will be utilising a CRM to maintain a healthy list of prospect clients
  • The successful Business Development Manager FM Hard Services will be hunting down new business and turning blue chip & commercial company leads into clients


To be successful in getting the Business Development Manager position you will need;

  • Business Development Managers FM Hard Services will need to have strong prior experiences selling a Hard Facilities management service to blue chip & commercial clients
  • Business Development Manager FM Hard Services must have a strong understanding of a CRM system and how to utilise them
  • Business Development Manager FM Hard Services will need experience with tender preparation and the submission process
  • Business Development Managers FM Hard Services will need a strong sales background
  • Business Development Managers FM Hard Services are required to have a proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Business Development Manager FM Hard Services candidates will need to be located within a commutable distance of East London Kent
  • Business Development Managers FM Hard Services must have a full UK driving license as they will be covering London and the surrounding home counties.
