My client, a national business who specialise in various areas of Insurance, are looking for a switched on, enthusiastic Customer Service Supervisor to join their team.

Duties include:
· Advise all new and existing customers on insurance policies and requirements
· Dealing with insurance claims
· Filing customer claims following the companies policies and procedures
· Building strong working relationships with customers as well as colleagues in other departments
· Maintaining a strong knowledge of company products and services
· Conducting training and compliance checks by listening to phone calls and scoring staff on their compliance during the call
· Giving constructive feedback to staff
· Reporting any compliance breaches to the relevant person
· Following PRA, FCA and internal procedures at all times
To be considered for this role, you must have / be:
· Previous customer service supervisory experience
· Knowledge of insurance (desirable)
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with others
· A quick learner with a can do attitude
· Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
· Competent using IT to include MS Office and CRM systems
· Educated to degree or A Level grade (or equivalent)
