They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and now wish to appoint a Sales and Operations manager for one of their expanding UK sites.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the commercial strategy and managing all operations across the site. This will involve identifying new areas of growth, managing strategic account development and growing client base, as well as developing the team, financial budgeting and profitability and continuous improvement across the office.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales management and strong operational experience, looking for the next step in their career into senior management.
