Branch Manager (Sales - Estate Agency)Location: Ashford, KentSalary: £27-30,000 basic, OTE £60,000+ plus £4,000 car allowance Overview:Our Client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Branch Manager with a focus on sales to lead their estate agency branch in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills to take ownership of a busy sales office, drive property sales, and deliver excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring all leads are maximised and followed through effectively.
  • Branch Performance: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, setting performance targets, managing budgets, and driving profitability. Identify areas for business growth and implement strategies to capitalise on opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained, handling client interactions with professionalism and ensuring a smooth sales process from valuation through to completion.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to generate new business, secure property listings, and close deals. Proactively drive the branch’s presence in the local property market.
  • Team Development: Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, providing support and training to ensure high performance and career growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Sales Expertise: Proven background in property sales, ideally within an estate agency, with a strong track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management abilities, with experience in motivating and developing a sales team.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Drive for Results: A commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve results and grow branch performance.
  • Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is required.
