MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A QUALITY SALES MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE LOCAL AREA

BASIC SALARY £25-28,000 DOE £50/55,000 + OTE (UNCAPPED)

My client an ESTABLISHED AGENT agent is seeking a Branch Sales Manager who is able to lead a team and continue with the branches success.

The successful candidate will be a bright and confident character with a passion for customer service, use own initiative, have a 'can do’ attitude, and lots of energy. You will also need to be proactive to help, assist and continue the growth of their business and develop staff.

Your responsibilities

  • To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
  • Carrying out viewings
  • Negotiating and agreeing offers on properties
  • Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
  • Sales progression
  • Carry out valuations and listings
  • Driving branch profitability
  • Vendor care
  • Managing staff performance
  • Providing training and support to staff

Experience & skills

  • Experience in property sales
  • Valuing/Listing experience
  • Experience generating new business/canvassing
  • People Management
  • Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
  • Full clean UK driving licence and car
