I am seeking a Marketing and Business Developemnt Manager with a strategic vision to lead and manage my client's legal firm’s marketing and business development efforts organising a portfolio of events, enhancing their profile and generating new leads. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in Marketing and Business Development within the legal sector.
Day to Day of the Role:- Develop and implement a focused marketing and business development strategy targeting both existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and structures of prospective clients.
- Represent the firm professionally and manage associated activities effectively.
- Administer the creation of sector-specific content, campaigns, events, and other profile-raising activities.
- Organise and attend marketing events, recording their uptake and success rate.
- At least 2-3 years of Marketing/Business Development experience within a law firm.
- Strong understanding of the legal market and current industry trends.
- Proven ability to manage and execute marketing events successfully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
