My client is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee projects in the Kent region. They are a groundworks subcontractor that undertake work including earthworks, bulk excavation and various groundworks and infrastructure schemes for their client base, which are predominantly residential clients. These relationships go back over 30 years and are long standing relationships.
The Contracts Manager will report into the Operations Director overseeing and managing up to 6 projects. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for client liaison, project management, quality control, and delivery. You will be able to work in a faced paced environment, liaise effectively and efficiently with other departments, and ensure quality at project delivery in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have experience overseeing groundworks and RC frame projects specialising in drainage, aggregates, groundwork's, re-bar, steel and looking to expand their skillset and grow in a challenging position.
