This company is a leading building services provider, offering a wide range of services to both residential and commercial clients. They have grown year on year since becoming established almost 40 years ago and are proud to offer and maintain a high level of service to new and existing clients. They're now expanding their team and seeking a motivated individual who has experience supervising contracts or has worked within a commercially focused position.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on site surveys, understand the projects and it's requirements, determine key variables for cost and other estimates and use software's to forecast and budget. You will essentially manage the full project lifecycle and gather firsthand information from sites.

This is the ideal position for an individual who holds similar experience within a commercial focused role, holds strong customer service attitude and is looking to join a reputable, long standing company.

The Role:

• Managing the full contract lifecycle and gather firsthand information from sites.
• Build external relationships with clients.
• Local work across sites in Kent.

The Person:

• Experience managing the contracts lifecycle.
• Proven experience within a commercial focused role.
• Holds a strong customer service attitude.
• Lives in a commutable distance from Maidstone.
