JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent

SALARY: £12ph to £13ph

TERM: Temp to Perm

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

START: Immediately

This is a temporary role starting immediately, however this could become a permanent position for the right candidate. The team look for confident communicators with a strong telephone manner, the rest can be taught.

The day to day duties in your new job could be:

  • Answering inbound Customer Service calls
  • Processing sales orders
  • Answering product queries
  • Responding to web enquiries, including processing web orders
  • Resolving invoice and account enquiries
  • Liaising with couriers via telephone and website on outgoing and incoming deliveries
  • Coordinating returns and refunds
  • Answering webchat enquiries
  • Processing incoming payments, managing refunds, cheque processing

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

  • Experience in a Customer Service focused role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills to learn new systems
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
