Our client is seeking a diligent Customer Service Executive to join their team on a 6 month basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-rate customer service and addressing customer inquiries.

Client Details

Our client is a well established business based in Ashford, seeking an experienced customer service exec to join their busy team on a FTC basis.

Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Immediately available and able to commit to a 6 month FTC
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
