Finance Data Administrator

Location: AshfordContract: Fixed-Term (to March 2025)Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (DOE)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Data Administrator to support their management accounts department. This role will involve critical data validation as part of preparations for an exciting new accounting software implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the accounts department
  • Support data validation for the upcoming ERP system upgrade
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth data handling and preparation
  • Validate large volumes of customer, supplier, sales, and purchasing data
  • Engage in tasks related to bank, asset, stock, overheads, and foreign exchange
  • Prepare files for software uploads to meet strict deadlines
