Previous experience working in a similar manufacturing environment
Have a qualification or experience in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering so you can confidently work on mechanical and electrical assembly
Any experience of working with lab equipment or medical devices previously would be preferred
Have a good technical mindset – be able to read drawings, work instructions and parts lists
Have excellent communication skills top liaise with different team members
Good time management capabilities
Be self-motivated
Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team

The Electro-mechanical Production Technician role will involve:

Helping the company deliver high-quality products
Working with medical devices / lab-based equipment
Working as part of a team of other Technicians and Assemblers
Carrying out electro-mechanical assembly work
Reading drawings and work instructions
Testing products when needed
Carrying out inspection tasks in line with company QA procedures
Always complying with Health & Safety requirements
Liaising with other members in the department
