QMS/Audit Manager

As one of Kent’s longest established insurance recruitment agencies, we are working with one of Kent’s well respected insurance brokers as they look to hire a QMS/Audit Manager.

As the QMS/Audit Manager you will work directly with the business to develop and establish their QMS in order to drive efficiencies around process improvement.

You will be responsible to developing and maintaining QMS documentation, maintaining the quality data collection and reporting system, performing QMS audits and providing QMS training. You will ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire business and ensure compliance to applicable regulations whilst preparing effective and high-quality audit reports to assist with system development and training.

Previous experience and working knowledge of the QMS/Audit markets and previous hands-on experience of developing Quality Management Systems is required.

This is a Part Time role with a flexible working pattern of 18-22 hours per week.

Although you will be required to work from the office they do offer some working from home days during the course of the year.
