Description 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, guiding and mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements, set technical direction, and ensure alignment with business goals. Your role will involve hands-on coding, code reviews, and architectural design, as well as managing project timelines, resources, and risks. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and practices within the team. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
