Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full time/permanent, working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: 23,338 - 24,646 per annum
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our Ashford based client, this is a great way to start a career in HR with the potential to gain a CIPD qualification.
Duties include:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Process payroll and benefits administration tasks
- Assist with employee relations matters and provide support to managers and employees
- Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects as needed
Skills required:
- Experience of working in a HR or Recruitment role/department
- Knowledge of HR functions
- CIPD level 3 or willingness to work towards
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure with good attention to detail
