We are looking for enthusiastic Self Motivated Telesales Executives to generate leads from home for our office based in Dubai. You will be responsible for opening clients over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Must have excellent communication skills. Have their Own laptop and mobile phone to download a dialling app.They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
路 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
路 Answer questions about products or the company
路 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
路 Enter and update customer information in a database
路 Take and process orders in an accurate manner
High Commissions
路 Handle grievances to preserve the company鈥檚 reputation
路 Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
路 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
路 Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
路 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
路 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
路 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
路 Excellent knowledge of English
路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
路 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
