Key responsibilities:
- Plan and teach engaging lessons in Health and Social Care (Levels 2 and 3).
- Assess, track, and support student progress.
- Motivate learners to achieve their qualifications and prepare them for future success.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
- Lead on designated study programmes or courses as needed.
Requirements( skills/ qualifications/ experience):
- Level 3 qualification or higher in Health and Social Care AND willingness to obtain an ENHANCED DBS check.
- Experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
- Experience in delivering NCFE/BTEC qualifications.
- Ability to teach Health and Social Care to post-16 learners.
- Level 5 teaching qualification (PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, LST).
