We are looking for a Team Performance Manager to manage and support a debt recovery team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the team to ensure smooth workflow and case handling.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance where needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations and problem-solving.
- Provide training and feedback to improve team efficiency.
- Work closely with management to achieve business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in managing teams, preferably in debt recovery or financial services.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
