A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a specialist Housing Services Manager to join one of Adecco's most improved public sector housing clients in a part time (17.5 hours per week, Wednesday afternoon to Friday evening), permanent contract. This car driving role is part of a job share, and will be reporting into the Stanhope office in Ashford, Kent. For the right candidate, our client will pay up to 32,004 per annum.

All applicants must possess previous experience of:

* Managing up to 7 staff (preferably Housing/asb/neighbourhood officers) in the public sector
* Leading, motivating and managing the neighbourhood teams to deliver excellent tenancy management and estate inspection services for residents.
* Managing performance targets, producing statistics and analysing team performance and external trends to continuously improve service delivery.
* Developing the Estate Inspection team to enable it to fulfil its task of improving the estate environment.
* Co-ordinating team meetings and delegating work related tasks to the tenancy management team.
* Resolving complex anti-social behaviour, leasehold and rent arrears cases.

This is a hybrid working role so you will only need to be in their Kent office 1-2 days each week. The client is looking for a member of staff who has experience in developing a professional customer-focused service which meets the needs of residents and responds promptly to enquiries and complaints. Being a car driver and owner is essential.
